About Ashlee's Healing Arts
The first 20 years of my career were dedicated to the fields of advertising and marketing. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Business degree, I worked for a national legal publication, a regional business publication, and a local events magazine. From there I published and owned a magazine. I also spent some time in fundraising and public relations for a non-profit organization.
An incredible experience with an injured friend and a massage therapist in an Italian hospital inspired me to go to massage school. Changing from the corporate world to the field of massage is the fulfillment of a dream. Helping others decrease their stress level and increase their body awareness to heal themselves physically and emotionally is my passion. It is my honor to show people the immeasurable impact massage can have on everyday lives.
